Overview

WforWoman is a pioneer fashion retail brand with a strong offline and online presence. Their contemporary styles are the perfect fit for the dynamic and modern Indian woman. With SearchTap, the WforWoman team wanted to create an effortless experience helping their visitors find and purchase what suits them best.

Problem

In March, 2019, W for Woman launched their site and since then, they’ve gone from strength to strength in the online tickets market. Unfortunately, since the web app’s launch, it hasn’t seen the love or attention it deserves.

Research & Analysis

User research focuses on understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies. For me user research is “the process of understanding the impact of design on an audience”.
